The Rules
1. | This “Request Information Form” must have all required fields filled out to be considered a “valid entry”. |
2. | Event location must be in within 50 miles of our base and travel charges will apply for events considered of “out-of-town” |
3. | Only one contestant per event is allowed and multiple entries will be rejected and considered invalid. (Example if your event is a wedding reception and both the bride AND groom enter, both entries will be rejected) |
4. | We will not sell your Email or any contact information to any 3rd party however, we will contact you by email to announce the contest winner. |
5. | If you are already a booked customer and win, you will be refunded any money already paid to us. |
6. | Your odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries at the end of this contest June 1 2010. |
7. | If you win, you must immediately scream to all you friends that “I just won a Free DJ from Kyd Productions” |
